Are you licensed?
We are licensed by the State of Colorado, JCAHO accreditied and follow Medicare and Medicaid guidelines through CMS. In addition, Best Care is licensed through the National Private Duty Association and the National Association for Home Care and Hospice.
We hire all of our employees. Best Care is not a staffing company or a placement agency.
Who provides long hour care? Certified Nurse’s Aides (CNA) provide long hour care to our clients and each client is supervised by a RN. The industry trend is to hire what is a known as a PCP. A PCP is referred to as a Personal Care Provider. These individuals are NOT licensed nor trained in areas that a licensed CNA would be. As always, the quality of care should be taken into consideration when searching for home care.
Do you provide Transportation Services? We can provide transportation services; however, each situation is on a case-by-case basis.
How are services paid? Payment for services can be made by a variety of sources including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, long-term care insurance and private pay.
When are services available? Services are available 24 hours a day. We will not take clients that we can not staff adequately. Please call for additional information.
